Is Matrimix no-KYC?
Matrimix is a no-KYC crypto swap aggregator: you never create an account or verify identity to exchange. There are no names, emails, or phone numbers involved. Identity verification is never requested — this is a core commitment, not a temporary state.

Is Matrimix custodial?
Matrimix is non-custodial for single-leg swaps: funds move from the executing exchange or atomic swap directly to the wallet address you provide. We never hold your keys or funds on these routes. The only path that briefly touches funds is an optional, disclosed multi-hop, off by default.

Does Matrimix log IP addresses?
Matrimix does not log IP addresses and does not geolocate visitors. IPs are redacted from application logs, and the default provider set never needs your IP, so nothing is forwarded. The site also runs without any JavaScript, so there are no third-party trackers or fingerprinting.

How are refunds handled on Matrimix?
Matrimix refunds a swap without identity if it cannot complete — for example when a deposit arrives late or below the minimum. Provide a refund address when you order, and for routes that support it refunds are automatic. No KYC is ever required to receive a refund.

Which coins does Matrimix support?
Matrimix supports Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT on Tron. You can swap between any two of these assets in either direction. Each pair has its own dedicated page with a live rate.

How long does a swap take on Matrimix?
A Matrimix swap usually completes within minutes once your deposit confirms on-chain. The exact time depends on network confirmations for the coin you send and current provider conditions. The order status page refreshes on its own, so you can watch progress without any JavaScript.

What fees does Matrimix charge?
Matrimix adds a transparent markup, measured in basis points, on top of the underlying route, and the provider's fee is already included in the quote you see. There are no hidden account fees or surprise spreads. Network (miner) fees always apply and are set by the blockchain, not by us.

Do I need to register to use Matrimix?
Matrimix requires no registration: there are no accounts, passwords, or logins anywhere on the site. You simply choose a pair, enter your receiving address, and send the deposit. If you use the Telegram Mini App, only a Telegram id is used, and it is optional.
