We collect only the data needed to run Matrimix and to comply with the law.
We never ask for an email or phone number.
The web version (app.matrimix.net) can be used without Telegram: the account is a 16-digit PIN plus a password, and we keep only their one-way hashes, so we cannot recover them.
A signed-in browser gets one session cookie; for it we keep only its hash, the sign-in method, a coarse device label (browser and OS) and the time of last use, so you can see and end your sessions.
Visitors who don't sign in get no cookie.
There is no browser fingerprinting and no third-party analytics or trackers.
In the Telegram wallet we keep your Telegram ID, balances and transaction history, as any wallet must.
For a swap we process what the order needs: the pair, the amount and your payout and refund addresses.
For some exchange operations we also keep technical connection data with the order: IP address, browser language and user-agent.
Order data and this technical data may be processed by us and, where needed, by our payment and exchange partners for a limited time, to execute the operation and to prevent fraud.
For a RUB payout the receiver's phone number and name, or card number, go to the payment partner once to execute it; we keep only a masked form (the last digits) and a one-way hash used for limits and fraud checks.
Technical connection data is deleted automatically after 180 days.
Over Tor (our onion address), or with the header x-privacy-mode: 1, no connection data is kept.
Links from the site to Telegram go through /go/, which counts clicks per page and day without IPs or cookies; if you then open the Mini App from such a link, we note once which page you came from next to your Telegram ID.
Where the Personal wallet is available, we keep only its public address and public key with your account, to show its balance and to check the transfers you sign; the recovery phrase and keys never leave your device.
For a ruble purchase, WhiteBird processes your identity and payment data as a separate data controller under its own privacy policy; we get only an account identifier we pass to WhiteBird and the order details (order number, amounts, status and the receiving address), not your documents.
We disclose data only in response to a valid legal request.
