Rubles over SBP and to cards from your ruble balance
Send rubles to yourself or to someone in Russia — a landlord, a guide, a driver — by phone number over SBP or to a Russian bank card. The payout comes from your ruble balance: buy rubles with USDT or another coin in Swap first. The fee is shown before you confirm.

Plainly: payouts are made from the ruble balance only, so buy rubles in Swap first — the swap rate is shown there in advance. We don't store the receiver's details, only a mask for your history. Check the phone, bank and card number: money sent to valid details of the wrong person can't be returned. Limits per payout, per day and per month apply.
FAQ
Can I send rubles to someone else?
Yes. Enter the receiver's phone number and SBP bank, or their Russian card number. The payout doesn't have to be in your name: a landlord, guide or driver gets rubles like a regular bank transfer.
Where do the rubles come from?
From the ruble balance in your wallet. Fund it by swapping USDT, USDC or another coin to rubles in Swap; the rate is shown before you confirm.
Do I need a Russian bank account?
No. The wallet opens in Telegram without documents. Only the receiver needs a Russian phone number linked to SBP or a Russian bank card. The app is in English and Russian.
What if the bank declines?
The rubles return to your ruble balance and the bot notifies you.
Do you store the card number or phone?
No. The details go to the bank once; your history keeps only a mask like +7 ••• ••• 12-34 or •• 1234.
How long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. The status is in the app and in the bot.
