FAQ

How do I start a partnership with Matrimix?

Send an e-mail to commercial@matrimix.net with a short description of your product, regions, pricing and a link to the API docs. The team reads every message and replies with next steps.

Do you integrate white-label products or only APIs?

We prefer APIs so the experience stays native in the wallet. Widgets and white-label flows are fine for a pilot if they work inside Telegram's in-app browser.

How do you settle with partners?

In stablecoins: USDT or USDC on TRON, TON, Ethereum, BNB Chain or Solana. That can be prepaid balance, per order, or a periodic settlement, depending on your model.

What compliance do you apply?

Every payout and withdrawal address is screened against the OFAC SDN list, and incoming funds can be AML-scored. We tell you what data we can pass to you and agree on restricted regions before launch.

Do you publish user numbers?

Not yet. We share the numbers relevant to your category under NDA during the conversation. On the site we only publish facts that can be checked.
